About the project

Client: A private medical clinic handling dozens of patient requests daily via calls and messages.
Before automation, administrators manually collected symptoms, contact details, and matched patients with doctors, which caused delays, errors, and staff overload.

Solution

I built an AI-powered Telegram Voice Bot that automates patient booking end-to-end — from voice message to CRM entry — with zero manual work.
The bot accepts voice input, asks follow-up questions, extracts structured data, and logs each request automatically into the clinic’s CRM.
