A custom software development agency received a high volume of inbound inquiries with varying intent and quality.
Manual lead review slowed response times, high-intent prospects were missed, and follow-ups lacked consistency. The agency needed an automated system to qualify leads, prioritize sales-ready opportunities, and streamline follow-ups.

Solution

I built an AI-powered lead qualification and follow-up system that analyzes inbound messages, scores leads by intent, and routes them automatically.
The system classifies leads into priority tiers, triggers personalized follow-up sequences, and updates CRM records in real time — without manual intervention.

How the Automation Works
