Sales teams face a critical challenge: customers demand personalized experiences, but creating customized video content for each prospect is painfully inefficient. Traditional video production is time consuming, with teams spending significant number of hours per prospect creating custom videos. As a result, sales reps can only reach a fraction of potential prospects.

I worked with the founder to develop a 0>1 vision for PuppyDog, a video personalization platform that enables sales teams to engage prospects by reducing video creation time by 90%, while maintaining personalization. Prospect engagement rates have shown improvement from <1% to 15% through dynamic content using PuppyDog's web platform.

PuppyDog's CEO reached out when this was just an abstract idea in his head. He needed a designer to closely partner with him and bring it to life. Together, we worked on the initial prototype which helped raise funding from Andrew Ng's AI Fund. Together with my design chops, I used no-code tools such as Cursor AI to rapidly produce production-ready prototypes, validate assumptions, and pivot quickly as it evolved in the early days.

I led the end-to-end product design and strategy for the web product, built using Next.js 14, TypeScript, and AI-powered development tools. This included the creation of a design system and custom React components, ensuring accelerated development.

This project demonstrates my ability to rapidly transform business challenges into production-ready solutions. Using AI-powered development tools and strategic design thinking, I delivered in a matter of weeks what traditionally takes 6-12 months, while ensuring scalability and performance.
