As part of a company-wide initiative to increase payment-ready credentials, I led the redesign of the onboarding experience for new users across Instagram, Messenger, and Facebook. By focusing on improving comprehension and engagement, the new onboarding flow contributed to a significant uplift in users completing the payment setup process.

Unifying Payment Step-Ups: Streamlining the Purchase Experience Across Meta's Ecosystem

To create a more cohesive and secure purchase experience, I spearheaded the design of unified payment step-ups across Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram. This involved aligning on a consistent approach for Soft Descriptor, CVV, SMS One-time Password, and PIN entry, and collaborating closely with partner teams to implement the changes.
