Development of Task Management Mobile App with Anything AI
Developed a cross platform task management app with Anything AI, enabling fast task creation, scheduling, & clean bottom navigation for daily productivity.
Overview
I developed a task management mobile application using Anything AI to help users create, manage, and schedule tasks efficiently. The app uses a bottom navigation layout with Home, Schedule, and Settings to provide fast access to core functionality.
My Role
I acted as the sole developer and product designer. I was responsible for requirement definition, UX decisions, app architecture, task and schedule logic, and end to end implementation using Anything AI.
Problem
Most task management apps are feature heavy and complex, which creates friction for users who want a simple way to organize daily work.
Solution
I designed a lightweight workflow that allows users to create tasks in seconds and schedule them through a dedicated Schedule view. Bottom navigation minimizes navigation depth and keeps core actions one tap away. Anything AI enabled rapid development by generating UI components and handling application state with minimal manual coding.
Technical Stack
Development platform, Anything AI
Architecture, component based and declarative UI
Language and framework, Anything AI generates Flutter based code using Dart for UI and business logic
Deployment target, cross platform mobile app for Android and iOS
Trade Offs
Reduced control over low level UI customization compared to native development
Faster build speed outweighed limitations in fine tuned animations and platform specific behavior
Outcome and Impact
Delivered a functional mobile app in a significantly shorter development cycle
Improved usability through a focused feature set and clear navigation
Created a scalable foundation for future features such as reminders and cloud sync
Conclusion:
This project shows how an AI driven low code platform can be effectively used to ship a real world mobile app when paired with strong product decisions and clear scope ownership.
