The project

Brite:Bill is transforming the way service providers present and manage billing communications. My challenge on this project was to understand the users pain points and comes up with a visual solution that solve the users problems and also reduce the costs for the client.

The challenge

The time and budget was limited for this project so I started the design thinking process creating empathy. I made a desk research to understand more about the billing marketing, made a benchmark to understand more about the competitors and finally I create 2 proto personas to help guiding me to do best design decisions.
For the company the problem was the users which often call to the support centre asking for their bills and this was make the cost increase.
The user the problem was the application to check their bills was not user friendly so they prefer call for support whenever they needed to pay their bills.

Wireframes

After building the proto-personas and learned a little about the market, the competitors and the users, I started the wireframe creation. I used the wireframes for validate the information architecture and the user flow in a usability test with the users.
While I create the prototypes I always keep in mind the users so I can create something meaningful for them, respecting the heuristic evaluation rules and the user centered design.

Designs

After receive some users' feedback, I started designing the high-fidelity prototype. I already had the client's brand book to guide me through the colours and typography however I suggested some new system colours, image style and some compositions for the app.
