The product (Back office)
Product design for internal Back Office application at Cleverea to manage and optimize internal operations and processes. This tool is essential for Cleverea's Customer Support Team, allowing them to perform a variety of administrative and operational tasks efficiently related to the customers and claims.
Goal
Designed a Back Office App to ensure that the Cleverea's Customer Support Team can efficiently manage all operations and processes, enhancing productivity and aligning with the company's strategic goals related to the after sale customer experience.
Main Functions
