Every great digital product starts with a strong identity. When I began designing Harumi’s website, I already had the foundation: the Harumi Branding Project, a clean, modern, and confident visual system. The challenge was to translate that identity into a functional and engaging online experience.

Harumi itself is more than just a tool, it’s an AI powerhouse for operational research professionals working in industrial and logistical environments. By streamlining workflows and boosting team efficiency, it helps organizations save hundreds of hours of costly manual labor.

The result is a website that not only looks the part, but also reflects Harumi’s mission: clarity, efficiency, and intelligence.

Working with startups taught me one truth: the only constant is change. In fast-moving environments, the ability to adapt quickly without losing sight of the product is everything. You have to reroute efficiently, learn from every step, and keep improving.

Harumi’s website needed to reflect that. I built it in Framer, using the power of components and a CMS to make it easily editable. This gave the entire team the freedom to update, refine, and experiment.

We also made SEO a core priority. The blog and toolbox pages were designed not just to inform, but to perform. Driving organic traffic and attracting exactly the right audience.

With so many fields to explore, our content strategy needs to be adaptable, always aligned with our current target audience. To support this, we designed the Solutions page as a flexible framework, allowing us to focus on the message and rapidly deploy new pages into production.

Framer is an amazing playground for animations, and I took full advantage of it without being over the top. To complement our minimalist approach, I created smooth and gentle micro-interactions that add personality without distracting from the content.

Harumi is constantly evolving. As the product becomes more complex and powerful, the website needs to grow alongside. We’re building new pages focused on attracting solo OR professionals, highlighting the strength and versatility of our platform.

At the same time, we’re creating clear, accessible ways to communicate with stakeholders and non-technical leaders, ensuring that Harumi’s value is understood by every audience.
