Flavour United is a Berlin-based cafe focused on creating a community-oriented space that encourages connection and socialising. It offers a fusion of global cuisines, with a focus on using locally sourced and sustainable ingredients, featuring a variety of dishes designed to be visually stunning and bursting with flavour. The belief is that food should be an experience, and they strive to make every dish served a memorable one. The founder aims to create a space that feels like a home away from home, where customers can relax, work, or connect with others. The principal aim of the branding was to create a warm, friendly, and inviting visual language while maintaining a sense of fun and creativity.

Solution

Its visual identity is as inviting as the cafe itself and centred around its essence — celebrating diverse cuisine while fostering unity. The creative journey led to a name that captures the founder’s belief in creating an experience that brings people together. At the heart of the design is playful typography, with some letters connected in a fun way, inviting the viewer to engage with the brand and join its community. The vibrant colours used in the identity reflect the high-quality, sustainable ingredients used in the dishes, with illustrations of diverse characters in the center to emphasise global cuisine and the importance of community.
