Lovers Magazine is a diverse and inclusive online community for creative professionals.

With a series of open-ended questions, we get the latest scoop on how the best of the best work within the design and tech industry. Lovers Magazine's goal is to inspire individuals by exploring daily routines, accomplishments, and backgrounds.

All designers get sent the same nine questions that pertain to their designer career such as their design background, where they go to get inspired, and how they take on challenges they may face. They send relevant photographs and links that readers can admire and reference whenever they please. Here is my favorite interview as an example.

For the entire month of March, I worked with the design and engineering team to highlight women that we've previously interviewed on our site. All women who have been interviewed automatically bumped up to the very top of the site.

With a turnaround time of one week, I worked directly with an illustrator to come up with a banner that encompassed the diversity of women within the design community.
