Service Cloud Implementation

I joined the Service Cloud Implementation team a few days before go-live, handled support tickets, took ownership of most of the technical and end-user documentation, and fixed bugs throughout go-live and hyper-care. We worked with omni-channel, FinancialForce, Knowledge, Five9, and our partner and customer communities. The work in this project was confidential so the attached image is just a standard picture of Service Cloud Setup.
