Onboarded Offshore Salesforce Support Team

While transitioning to a new role, I onboarded the offshore support team. This team only had experience working in Salesforce Classic, so Lightning was new to them. I wrote documentation on all of the common support tickets, explained differences between Classic and Lightning, held "Office Hours" for trickier support tickets, and recorded videos of custom processes within the Salesforce org.
This was a great learning experience as we had to overcome roadblocks such as cultural differences, unfamiliarity with new technologies, difficult and unique business processes and more.
