2024/25 Client: Faculty Connection
Overview Faculty Connection's nearly two-decade-old brand identity no longer reflected the authority and sophistication of their medical professional services in contract simplification, compliance navigation, and conflict resolution. This outdated presentation hindered their ability to effectively market and expand their network of trusted professionals. We executed a comprehensive rebrand with a modern, professional design system that communicates trust and clarity, built a new website optimized for converting medical professionals into network members, and launched a targeted fall marketing campaign to increase professional awareness and drive sign-ups for their growing network.

The Logo + Logotype

The brand identity is rooted in the idea of connection. In the logotype, a continuous line links “Faculty” and “Connection,” drawing inspiration from the dash in the organization’s existing URL. Rather than treating the dash as a simple separator, I extended it into the curve of the “C,” transforming the connection between the two words into the recognizable shape of a stethoscope.
The logomark builds on the same form. By adding a crossbar to the stethoscope’s vertical line, the shape becomes an “F” for Faculty Connection. The animation reveals how the dash, the “C,” the stethoscope, and the “F” flow seamlessly into one another, creating a cohesive identity centered on healthcare, continuity, and connection.

The Website
Their existing website had been built by the founder on Weebly more than five years earlier. Faculty Connection needed a refreshed digital presence that felt credible, professional, and capable of building trust with the medical professionals they aimed to reach.
