End to end project management for a client that required a website, ordering portal and mobile application
This project incorporated a website, ordering portal and a driver’s app.
As the project manager, I led a team to scope, illicit and analyze requirements of the package delivery system. It is going to soon be implemented by one of Bahrain’s leading logistics companies.
The challenges that I faced were that it was a highly technical project. We had to work out the proper workflows from a user point of view, or a call center point of view detailing their interactions with the system and then correlating our workflow with real world scenarios to get the right implementation. We conducted User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
As this was a crunch project we had to prioritise certain features to give value at an early point in time.
