I worked closely with the leadership team and marketing teams from different geographies (UK, US, AUS). I led a team of designers and copywriters to create and design performance ads that would deliver results. It was my responsibility to track the performance of these ads, derive insights from the results, and pass them on to the creative team to continuously improve our ads. I understand the pressure of working with multiple stakeholders, having tight deadlines and managing resources.
