I was the Event Production Assistant in The Circle: Startup and VC Summit 2023. My main responsibilities were:
Spreading the event's information to everybody interested and people who could be a good fit for the type of event.
Streamlining the event's structure in terms of layout, activities and responsibilities.
Accompanying every participant for them to have the best experience possible in every stage of the event.
Contacting and negotiating with suppliers and venues.
Problem solving for any situation that appeared during the event.
Communicating with every team member to have everything as clear as possible.
