Scalable Product Development in two-sided-marketplace

First as a FullStack dev using a React/Redux, PHP Symphony backend and PostgreSQL + NoSQL data model.

Then as a Product leader and strategist, making our ad-exchange grow from a Gross Revenue of 250K USD/day to 1M USD/day on average (our max was higher).

Both as a dev and as a team leader I was able to translate business decisions to a team of very senior developers, while improving and streamlining the main technology piece of the company.

As Product leader I was of course key part of the decision making process, making the calls on what steps to take next for our exchange, and the business, to grow.
