Champion Air Cargo, a logistics company in Bogotá, Colombia hired me to design and improve their system to coordinate all daily operations, both at the office and at the air and sea ports where cargo is received and sent.

This is what I did:

A complete overhaul of their online CRUD application using the latest version of PHP Symfony.

A full migration to the latest PostgreSQL version + redesign and optimization of their data model.

Moved from self managed email server to Google Mail to minimize issues with mail delivery due to customers’ spam filters.

Linux server administration + implementation of virtualization and docker containerization to maximize the use of the organization’s in-house server infrastructure.
