Elyt is a cross-border Fintech that helps International Students prepare for their financial life in the U.S. by equipping them with right financial tools and educating them on financial literacy, in turn giving them a chance to start their life on an equal footing. The goal was to create a platform that instantly connects with students, highlights key features like a US Debit card upon arrival and rewards, and drives sign-ups.

Traditional banking apps often suffer from too many features, making navigation confusing and tasks like cross-border transfers or investment tracking feel daunting. Users, especially Millennials and Gen Z, demand a banking experience that is as fast as social media and as secure as a vault.

Information Overload: Overwhelming dashboards that make it hard to find current balances.

Complex Transactions: Multi-step processes for simple money transfers.

Visual Trust: A lack of modern aesthetic that often leads to a clunky and untrustworthy feel.

I designed a minimalist yet high-functionality interface that prioritizes Visual Hierarchy and Ease of Access. By using a card-based layout and a clean aesthetic. Elyt provides a premium feel while ensuring that critical financial data is always at the user's fingertips.

Unified Dashboard: A glanceable view of total balance, recent transactions, and quick-action buttons.

Intelligent Card Management: Traditional banks make managing physical cards difficult. The cards Screen in this UI gives the user total autonomy.

Contextual Transactions: Instead of a simple list, transactions are grouped by date and vendor, using logos to improve "scannability" so users can identify spending at a glance.
