Video Library Display
A page that displays all available courses for users. The goal is to create a clean, easy to navigate interface that presents multiple courses clearly, enabling users to find what they need quickly and efficiently.

A page that shows insights into an organization’s and employee's activities on our platform. The goal is to design a clean, informative, and user-friendly analytics dashboard that effectively provides insights into organizational and employee activities on the platform.

Feedback Tool for Managers
A feature that allows employees to rate themselves on specific competencies (e.g. ownership, problem-solving). The goal is to create a structured page that allows for clear and easy ratings with a section for comments and a summary that compares manager and employee feedback side by side.
Page displaying employees in the organization for manager to select from, the manager can either rate an employee or view the feedback summary. Manager can also choose to export the list and can also decide to receive feedback.

Individual Development Plan
A page for employees to set their development plan for the upcoming quarter. including competencies, descriptions of development needs, and specific improvement actions. The goal is to create a user-friendly interface that would help employees easily set, track, and manage their development goals, while also being visually engaging.
