AI Storyboard / Video Generator - Product Design

Project Overview I designed a SaaS platform for storyboard and video generation, allowing users to create videos manually or with AI. The platform includes storyboard visuals, scripts, and draft videos, with options to comment on generated content.

The Challenge Balancing AI automation and manual control while ensuring an intuitive user experience across storyboard, draft, and final video stages.

Goal Develop a structured platform for seamless video creation and collaboration with flexible permissions and space-based project organization.

Solution Designed a responsive web application with light and dark themes, providing an intuitive UI for video generation, voiceover selection, and project management.

Process Researched and defined all user flows, built a UI kit, and iterated designs based on weekly client feedback. Ensured a scalable and user-friendly system through structured testing and refinements.
