Project Overview I designed a B2B building compliance system management tool that allows organizations to manage all construction, renovation, project tracking, and architectural plans for their buildings.

The Challenge Managing complex permissions and access levels for different users while ensuring an intuitive experience across modules.

Goal Create a seamless platform for organizations to efficiently track and manage all building-related processes with structured access controls.

Solution Designed a responsive web application with light and dark themes, ensuring clear navigation and usability. Built a UI kit for consistency and optimized workflows based on research.

Process Researched and defined all features and user flows. Conducted weekly client meetings for feedback, iterated on designs, and finalized a scalable, user-friendly system.
