Website Redesign — Helply (AI-Native B2B Support)

Role: Lead Product Designer Deliverables: Website redesign, UI system, marketing pages, interactions Tools: Figma

Overview

Helply is an AI-native support platform helping B2B companies automate customer support with AI agents that resolve tickets, surface churn risks, and streamline workflows across teams.
The goal of the redesign was to reposition the brand into a more premium, modern, and product-focused experience that reflected the sophistication of the platform itself. The existing website lacked a cohesive visual direction and didn’t fully communicate the depth of the product or the clarity of its value proposition.

The Challenge

Helply’s platform combines AI agents, support automation, CRM integrations, and operational intelligence into one ecosystem — making the product powerful, but also complex to explain.
The challenge was to:
Simplify technical concepts into a clear visual story
Create a premium SaaS identity that felt modern and trustworthy
Improve hierarchy and readability across dense product sections
Design an experience that felt dynamic without becoming visually overwhelming
Build a scalable design system for future pages and marketing efforts

My Approach

I approached the redesign with a strong focus on clarity, structure, and rhythm.
The visual direction leaned into an AI-native aesthetic - gradients, ai blur visuals, refined typography, structured layouts, and subtle motion concepts that made the experience feel intelligent and polished.
What I worked on:
Redesigned the complete website experience and core marketing pages
Built a modular UI system for scalable page design consistency
Designed high-fidelity product visuals and dashboard-focused layouts
Simplified messaging hierarchy to improve product understanding
Structured pages around storytelling instead of feature overload
Optimized layouts for responsiveness and visual consistency across screens
The design language combined:
Soft dark surfaces with electric accent colors
Large typography and intentional spacing
Product-first layouts with strong information hierarchy
Motion concepts that supported flow and engagement

Outcome

The redesigned experience gave Helply a significantly stronger digital presence — one that better matched the ambition and quality of the product.
The final design system positioned the platform as:
More premium and enterprise-ready
Easier to understand for potential customers and investors
Visually differentiated within the AI support space
Flexible and scalable for future product and marketing expansion
