Newwave Tech Foundry - Rebranding an AI development company for enterprise clients.

Newwave Tech Foundry provides AI Transformation and software development services, and we create AI products/SaaS. They are ahead of their competitors in terms of innovation, user experience, and efficient/unique development/management approach.
As the company moved into its next stage of growth, its brand needed to catch up: less like an early-stage transportation company and more like the enterprise platform it was becoming.

Challenge

Newwave looked like another AI development agency. Their brand communicated no command or authority. They were ready to move to their next stage of growth, serving enterprise clients, but they were aware that their brand wasn't there with them.
The existing identity was very generic and easily forgettable. There was also a challenge to move between two very different audiences: from being approachable to being perceived by enterprise decision-makers looking for trust, control, and reliability - those who care about speed, efficiency, and getting the job done. The identity needed to speak to them.

Solution

The rebrand began with strategic discovery and competitive positioning, followed by a series of creative explorations across iconography, typography, color, and visual language.
The final direction moved away from just a development agency and toward a more intentional expression of what Newwave actually is: an AI tech studio building solutions for enterprise companies.
The concept: This logo was born from a simple idea that N and W were never really two separate letters, but two ways of drawing the same line. Here, they lean into one another and complete each other, instead of standing side by side. Looking at it, the mark feels less like a logo and more like a signature, something already in motion, already going somewhere.
From there, the identity was built into a complete visual system: a flexible logo suite, considered color palette, typography, photography direction, and supporting graphic elements. Everything was documented in a comprehensive brand manual to give the team a clear foundation for applying the identity consistently across everything from investor decks and marketing materials to the product itself.

Outcome

Newwave Tech Foundry now has a brand that better reflects the product behind it - modern, enterprise, and built for scale.
Moving away from the visual language of traditional agency logos helped reposition the company as an authority in its industry and gave it the confidence to compete at an enterprise level.
The result is a flexible identity designed to grow with Newwave as the platform expands, new audiences come into the picture, and the business moves into its next decade.
