• Upsell and process loans and additional credit cards;
• Manage credit card points and promo disputes;
• Process credit card requests, cancellations, deactivations and replacements;
• Fix disputes;
• Process delivery of hard copies of statement of accounts if the customer prefers it;
• Coordinate with fraud, back office, bank branches, and third party couriers.
