Kart Vlak: E-commerce for Off-Road Karts

The challenge
Kart Vlak sells off-road karts in Uruguay. They needed a store that sells to families directly and, at the same time, recruits distributors across the country.
What I did
High-energy brand look with a full-screen video hero
Product pages with spec bars, and a 360° viewer to see the kart from every angle
Cart and checkout with bank transfer or Mercado Pago
Step-by-step assembly video built into the site
Distributor section with a meeting scheduler
Result
One site that sells to end customers and opens a B2B channel, with local payment methods and a look that matches the product.
Role: UI/UX design and front-end, as Design Lead at delabs.
