Brian Boggs Chairmakers is a custom, handcrafted wood furniture company based in North Carolina. The award-winning inventory of unique furniture is specially designed and built to order by a team of master craftsmen led by the renowned designer Brian Boggs.
Objective
To determine and define messaging for key target audiences for the different types of products in the line including seating for musicians, luxury furniture pieces made with solid wood and designed for direct to consumer retail as well as bespoke creations targeting interior designers, hotel and resort brands, yacht builders and more.
The Process
Research and content was iteratively developed on an ongoing basis beginning with research reports developed using primary research data such as survey responses from past and potential clients as well as secondary data sourced from online research, analysis of digital footprints of the target audiences, competitive analysis and more. This informed the development of different elements of the overall marketing strategy including woodworking newsletters, blog posts and website/social media content.
