Setting the Stage

I have worked on a number of Go-To-Market strategies for clients entering or growing within relatively new industries such as AI/ML, HPC, sustainable financing, carbon management and more. As part of this project, I developed a comprehensive GTM strategy for a startup developing an AI-powered platform for measuring, offsetting and optimizing the environmental effects of media and advertising campaigns.

The Process

Achieving results for this project was grounded in detailed research on a number of markets relevant to the unique business model including ad spending & programmatic delivery, climate tech and carbon management. Strategy recommendations were based on a month of interviews with key players in these markets and completion of an initial desk research report that defined key trends, competition and the gaps in the market. This informed the development of targeted positioning & messaging, partnership strategy and roll out plans.
