Swimco intention for their social media and e-mail marketing campaigns were to closely connect with their existing clients. Monitor created an outline of their average consumer which gave me a target audience to tailor copy to. We worked on creating content that made the customer feel understood and comfortable. This was done by showing how a customer would feel in a certain product and how it will benefit their everyday life.

Social media copy was written two weeks in advance to provide room for feedback from the company. We followed a content calendar to act as a guideline for upcoming campaigns, product drops, and notable holidays.

As shown above, we were responsible for marketing collaborations with companies such as Afterpay. I was given creative discretion to interact with the audience in a way that creates curiosity and engagement with the post.

The intention for Swimco's emails was to give customers a deeper connection with a product or idea posted on Swimco's social media. Again, copy was geared toward customers' emotional motivators.

I ensured that all landing page copy contained appropriate SEO and was crafted for user experience. I was careful to use inclusive and comforting language as shopping for swimwear is an intimate experience for customers.

Swimco's blog created another avenue of engagement for future and returning customers. This blog introduced readers to products through a lifestyle perspective creating an emotional connection. Blogs were written with SEO and user experience in mind.
