Go-to-Market Strategy for Product Launch landing page

Background

A Bulgarian B2B marketing service provider sought to enhance its product launch capabilities by developing a comprehensive multi-channel go-to-market strategy. As part of this initiative, I was tasked with creating a high-converting landing page that would serve as the cornerstone of the campaign, enabling clients to launch their products effectively within a tight timeframe of 10 days.

Challenge

Their target audience, primarily enterprise leaders and marketing directors, often encounters several hurdles when launching new products:
Lack of Coordinated Strategy: Many companies struggle to develop a cohesive, multi-channel approach that effectively targets their audience.
Resource Constraints: Limited time, manpower, and expertise hinder the execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns.
Market Uncertainty: Navigating new markets and understanding customer needs can be complex without the right insights.
The new landing page had to provide a structured approach for B2B companies to launch new products or enter new markets. I had to follow Figma's official site regarding look and feel as well as some functionalities for reference. Sticking to the company's existing brand guidelines and mascot was a must. That was a challenge, as I had to find the perfect balance between the two different brand identities and even highlight it.

Solution

To address these challenges, I designed a mobile-responsive and user-friendly landing page tailored to showcase the new product and capture leads effectively. The company offers valuable content, such as whitepapers and market reports, that attract potential leads. While following the mandatory reference, I wanted to highlight their lead magnets. So I created a hero video with short animation illustrating the ten-step process where all components seem flawless and ready for launch, showing the virtual assistant providing support for content scheduling and monitoring the initial phases of the example campaign.

Results

By crafting a visually striking and intuitive landing page, I focused on creating an engaging user journey that effectively highlighted the new product's benefits. My design not only prioritized aesthetics but also functionality, ensuring that potential leads could easily navigate the content and understand the value proposition. This thoughtful approach significantly contributed to the overall success of the go-to-market strategy, enabling clients to overcome common challenges and achieve impactful product launches within the ambitious 10-day timeline.
