Redesigning Zanecoder's Website

Zanecoder is a software development company that helps businesses turn their product ideas into reality using modern, easy-to-love technologies. However, their website was not doing a great job. It lacked important information that potential clients needed to feel confident about working with them.

I was brought in to redesign their website and make it both attractive and functional. The goal was to create a site where visitors could easily find all the information they needed to feel ready to take the next step.

The old website had a fun and playful vibe. It was a bit unconventional and not the strongest design, but the team loved how it showed off their personality through their brand.

For the new design, they wanted to keep that same energy, but with a cleaner, more polished look. The goal was to create a site that still felt fun and personal, while being simple, neat, and easy for visitors to explore.

Before starting the redesign, I had a discovery call with the Zanecoder team to understand their vision and goals for the new website. They wanted to keep the fun and lively feel of their brand, but it was also important to make sure potential clients and businesses could find all the information they needed easily.

We talked about what their ideal client journey should look like, the key services they wanted to highlight, and the questions clients often asked. This helped me create a clear plan to design a website that not only looked good but also made it simple for visitors to learn about Zanecoder, trust them, and reach out.

To keep the fun and approachable vibe Zanecoder wanted, I used a combination of hand-drawn doodles, notion-style illustrations, and a calm colour palette. Altogether, these elements worked together to create a design that felt fresh, fun, and true to Zanecoder’s personality.

Once the redesign was complete, I prepared all the design files, assets, and guidelines and handed them over to the development team to bring the new website to life. I made sure everything was organised and easy for the developers to understand, so the transition from design to development would be smooth.

After reviewing the final designs, the Zanecoder team shared their feedback. They were very happy with the outcome, mentioning how the new look captured their brand’s energy while making it easier for potential clients to get the information they needed. They felt confident that the new website would help them connect better with their audience and grow their business.
