In this project, I helped:
I did a deep dive into the current market landscape of the travel industry in Nigeria. This helped give the client a complete understanding of the Nigerian landscape and the travel patterns of Nigerians,
For the case study, I reviewed existing travel models from the top travel agencies in the country. This helped the client understand how their potential competitors operate.
A key question before any investment is "is the market saturated", with the financial model and market sizing, I was able to demonstrate opportunities for the client to explore that were low hanging fruit.
I helped do a deep dive into the proposed product and helped identify strengths and weaknesses to ensure success.
