I designed and implemented a comprehensive automation solution for a marketing agency to streamline the creation and distribution of client presentations and marketing strategies. This solution leveraged the power of Monday.com for project management and Google Drive for file storage and delivery, all integrated seamlessly through Make.com (formerly Integromat).

Automated Content Generation: Leveraging user-friendly interfaces within Monday.com, the system allowed the team to select the desired operation (e.g., "Generate Client Presentation" or "Generate Marketing Strategy"). Based on the selected operation, Make.com triggered the corresponding content generation process:

Client Presentations: Utilized pre-designed templates and client data fetched from Monday.com to create visually appealing and informative presentations.

Marketing Strategies: Integrated with AI-powered tools to analyze client data and industry trends, producing comprehensive and data-driven marketing strategies.

Seamless Google Drive Integration: Upon content generation, Make.com automatically saved the files (PowerPoint presentations or marketing strategies) to designated folders in the agency's Google Drive. Direct download links for each file were created and automatically updated in the relevant Monday.com board items using Make.com's integration capabilities.

Monday.com Board Updates: The Monday.com board was dynamically updated with the direct download links for easy access and sharing with clients, thanks to Make.com's bi-directional synchronization. The system also tracked progress within Monday.com and logged relevant information for reporting and analysis.

Efficiency: The automated system, powered by Make.com, significantly reduced the time and effort required for content creation and delivery.

Consistency: The use of templates and AI algorithms ensured consistent quality and branding across all deliverables.
