Overview: Built a custom Python-based sync system to connect Webflow CMS and Airtable, replacing the need for Make.com’s full workflow engine.

Challenges & Solutions:

Undefined Scope: Took initiative to define system logic and architecture when client requirements were unclear.

Make.com Replacement: Engineered a fully script-driven solution that emulated and improved upon Make.com’s functionality—saving operations and cost.

Two-Way Sync: Implemented bi-directional linking between Airtable and Webflow via unique IDs for seamless content tracking and publishing.

Live Sync: Configured Make.com to handle only real-time triggers, preserving the client’s connection limits while maintaining sync accuracy.

Impact: Showcased advanced Python engineering, API design fluency, and problem-solving in ambiguous project conditions—delivering a scalable and maintainable integration workflow.
