Brand and Website Overhaul for EY General Contracting

MUHAMMAD HUNAIN

MUHAMMAD HUNAIN

EY General Contracting works on home renovations and custom residential projects.
The work already had a premium feel. The brand needed to reflect that properly.
We created a new direction around the idea of Building Beyond Designs, then carried it through the brand, website, marketing pieces, photography style, and the way the company presents its work online.
The goal was simple.
Make EY feel like the quality of homes they build.

From plans to something real

Renovation starts with an idea.
A homeowner might have a drawing, a reference image, or simply a picture in their head of how they want their home to feel.
That became an important part of the direction for EY.
We wanted the brand to show both sides of the work: the planning that happens before construction and the finished space people eventually get to live in.
That is where ideas like From Plans to Possibilities came from.

A look that fits the work

We kept the brand focused around black, warm gold, white, strong type, and high quality architectural photography.
There was no need to make it overly complicated.
The homes already bring a lot of detail, material, light, and texture. The design around them needed to give those things space instead of fighting for attention.
The gold adds warmth and gives EY something recognizable.
The darker layouts give the project photography more impact.
The type brings a more refined feel without making the company feel distant or hard to approach.

Talking about the result, not just the work

A homeowner is not really looking for drywall, flooring, cabinets, or demolition.
They are trying to make their home better.
That changed how we approached the messaging.
Instead of only talking about renovation services, we built some of the communication around the finished experience.
Beyond Spaces, Beyond Expectations.
One Key to Elevated Living.
From Plans to Possibilities.
The work still explains what EY does, but it also gives people something to picture.

The website

The same idea was carried into the website.
The homepage gets to the point quickly:

Transform Your Home Without the Contractor Headache.

Visitors can see what EY does, look through the work, learn about the company, read more about the process, and start an enquiry.
We kept the focus on the things someone would actually want to know before contacting a contractor.
What kind of work do you do?
Can I see previous projects?
Why should I trust you with my home?
What happens if I want to get started?

Showing the work properly

For a company like EY, the projects are one of the strongest parts of the brand.
So the website and marketing pieces give the homes a lot of room.
Large photography, simple layouts, dark backgrounds, and warm lighting help the work feel closer to how these spaces are meant to be seen.
Instead of covering every image with text, we let the homes do part of the talking.

Making trust easy to see

Choosing a contractor is a big decision.
People are letting someone into their home and trusting them with a project that can take a lot of time and money.
That is why reviews, past work, clear service information, and simple ways to contact the company were important parts of the website.
They are not there just to fill sections.
They answer questions people are already asking before they ever send a message.

Getting people from interest to enquiry

The website does not end with a basic contact page.
There is a project enquiry flow where someone can begin sharing what they are looking to do before sending their details.
It makes the first step more useful for both sides.
The customer can explain the project.
EY gets a better idea of what the enquiry is about.
Simple, but important.

One company wherever you find it

The biggest thing we wanted to avoid was having EY look polished in one place and completely different somewhere else.
So the same look was carried through the brand guidelines, website, social pieces, project presentation, review graphics, and other brand materials.
Not every piece looks the same.
It just feels like it belongs to the same company.
That was the point.

The result

EY General Contracting now has a brand and website that better match the kind of work they want to be known for.
Clean.
Warm.
Premium without trying too hard.
And focused on the thing that matters most: showing people what EY can build and making it easy to take the next step.

Good work should not need to fight to look good. The brand just needs to present it properly.
