WhisperHealth Interactive Wellness Mobile App UI Design

I designed a mobile health and wellness app that turns complex medical biomarkers into an interactive, engaging experience. The app helps users learn about nutrients like Vitamin B12, Calcium, and Iron through playful exploration before guiding them to schedule a health check.

Health apps often feel too clinical or overwhelming, making users disengaged. Medical terms can be intimidating, and interfaces are usually heavy with data instead of being approachable. The challenge was to design an experience that feels minimal, fluid, and trustworthy, where users can easily explore their body’s signals in a way that sparks curiosity.

To make the app feel both engaging and trustworthy, I focused on translating complex health data into simple, approachable interactions. The goal was to balance playfulness with credibility so users feel curious while still confident in the information they receive.

Created a wave-based landing screen with analyte names flowing smoothly, supported by subtle soft gradients beneath each wave to add depth and motion.

Designed pop-up cards for each analyte with accent colors tied to their meaning (Vitamin B12 → orange, Calcium → green, Iron → blue). Each card includes a short “whisper line” and a simple explanation in friendly language.

Built a clear appointment prompt screen with a large central illustration and CTA buttons, balancing vibrant primary actions with soft outlined secondary buttons.

Chose a clean color system: Leafy Green, Vitamin Orange, and Mineral Blue palettes, paired with sans-serif typography for clarity and approachability.

The final concept delivers a health app experience that is minimal yet engaging. Users are encouraged to explore, learn, and take action without feeling overwhelmed by medical complexity. By blending credibility with curiosity, the design helps transform medical data into something human and approachable that ultimately driving users to schedule health checks with confidence.
