Gatheround enables remote teams to elevate their culture through interactive, effective and inclusive video meetings. Founded by community-builders, they help remote teams feel the same sense of connection and fun that is usually experienced in-person.

They had a one-person design team handling everything from product to marketing. I was brought in to scale their brand across its multiple touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency while reinforcing their brand traits: Inspiring, Welcoming, Whimsical, and Thoughtful.

Working closely with the internal team I’ve been expanding their brand system across social channels, advertising, presentations, community events, and even physical products.

Empowering Gatheround’s presentation game was a team effort. Infused with Gatheround’s vibrant, fun and whimsical personality, the presentation I designed effectively communicates Gatheround’s value proposition and helps them shine in front of future clients. Initially tailored for Uber, it is now a versatile and efficient template saving the team precious time and effort.

In an effort to make a strong initial impression and show the product’s potential to the fullest, I designed key slides that combine compelling storytelling with product features to give a taste of the Gatheround experience. The resulting slides are clever, fun and immersive. Below, the quiz activity powers the slide about the advantages of using Gatheround with your team.

Before. The existing slide had legibility problems and was not super clear on highlighting that the pilot program only run for three months, even though the engagement between the two companies lasted for five months.

After. The new slide clearly highlights that the Pilot only runs for three months. The design clearly references their product UI, which not only gives a taste of Gatheround to potential costumers, but it also makes the design of the slide unique and ownable. Finally, a pop of color and a review of all type sizes to ensure legibility gives the final result  a balanced and polished look.

The Gatheround team regularly hosts events that bring culture champions together. I support with image assets for newsletters and social media, creating custom mascots for each event.

Speed Friending by Gatheround is a getting-to-know-you card game. Whether used during hybrid work days, team offsites, or casual gatherings, this deck is a catalyst for strengthening psychological safety, enhancing problem-solving skills, and boosting morale. I was responsible for the design of the cards and the box, including providing custom illustrations to some of the prompts.

This project focused on creating three solution pages to enhance user engagement and retention. We identified an opportunity to improve activation by helping prospects understand how Gatheround can addresses their challenges. By delivering targeted messaging tailored to specific use cases, we successfully increased site conversions and improved activation rates.
