Project Summary: Tiora Café needed a menu that captured its youthful, inviting energy while staying true to the brand’s Rustic Modern aesthetic. I created dual menus for the café and restaurant, each with its own identity: the café menu is vibrant, approachable, and playful, while the restaurant menu exudes refinement, cultural warmth, and elegance. Every element, from layout and typography to illustrations and icons, was thoughtfully designed to enhance usability, guide the guest intuitively, and reflect the brand’s story. Each menu heading features handcrafted illustrations, created specifically for Tiora Café and Restaurant. Every element, from line style to color palette, was designed to match the brand’s rustic-modern aesthetic, ensuring the visuals feel uniquely Tiora while enhancing readability and guiding the guest intuitively.

A unique part of the process was renaming and curating each dish. I researched culinary traditions, ingredients, and brand tone to create names that not only make the menu feel authentic but also tell a story of Tiora’s roots and modern sensibility. Subtle touches like floral motifs, mindful eating messages, and social CTAs further enriched the dining experience, ensuring every order becomes a moment to remember.

My Role: I led the complete design process of both physical (print) and digital (QR/web) menus. This included crafting the layout, typography system, iconography, illustration details, and the research-driven dish naming process, ensuring every decision reinforced Tiora Café’s rustic-modern identity and approachable elegance.
