Offering a detailed study report on the entrepreneurial construct. The study tried to evaluate the relation between innovative work behavior, creative self-efficacy and entrepreneurial leadership. A questionnaire was given to Saudi Arabians—past, present, and future employees—was used to collect survey data. Using Excel and the Rstudio software, structural equation modeling has been used to ascertain the results of the survey.
