I pioneered the Spindrfit influencer strategy at Zambezi Agency, transforming it into a billable service. Tasked with enhancing Spindrift Sparkling Water's struggling influencer strategy, I leveraged my expertise as a content creator and influencer. I devised a monthly plan to source 25 relevant influencers, providing detailed engagement stats, content examples, and thought starters. This initiative generated significant value, leading Spindrift to outsource it from us as a monthly service for their internal marketing team to use.
