A real estate apartment-locating startup brought me on to amplify its online presence. Their primary objectives were to grow their Instagram following, strengthen their brand identity, and, most importantly, drive qualified leads. in 6 months of working with them, I amassed 10.4 million views and over 1,500 qualified leads.

"How much do you pay for rent in Dallas"

We adapted a popular video format from other states to create a Dallas-focused series called "How Much Do You Pay for Rent in Dallas." This series features people at different rent price points and showcases their apartment interiors. To drive leads, we added a quick branded ad at the start, featuring a custom sound and logo. When renters are asked how they found their place, they respond with "We used Franklin Finders." In the comments, we include a call-to-action, prompting viewers to comment "home" if they're interested in finding a similar apartment.

IDENTIFYING LEADS THROUGH CALL TO ACTION

The aim of the content was to create and identify leads. I created a consistent caption across the content to call viewers to action. "Comment HOME if you are interested or want us to help you find an apartment" prompts the audience to show they are in need of the service we are offering and an immediate direct message is sent to start the locating service process.
