01. Summary View

Challenge:
The original profile gave users data but no real feedback. It lacked clarity and emotional payoff — and users couldn’t feel their progress.
Solution:
Rebuilt the Summary UI to emphasize progress, trends, and consistency
Surfaced meaningful metrics: streaks, activity blocks, performance zones
Created visual rhythm through color, hierarchy, and minimal cognitive load
The new Summary UI shows workout intensity, frequency, and streaks — framed around effort, not just outcomes.

02. History View

Challenge:
Workout history was just a list. Users had no way to track consistency or find motivation through past effort.
Solution:
Designed a clean, scrollable history UI grouped by workout type and date
Used repeatable components and filters for speed and scale
Made past workouts feel like evidence, not just archives
Visual workout timeline helps users recognize patterns, identify gaps, and build behavioral consistency.
