My role was a combination of UI and brand designer, drawing an exciting chance to execute both of my most relevant skills.
I worked side by side with the design lead of my team, an art director, a product owner, a project manager, UX designers, copywriters, and the creative director of the entire digital team.
My primary purpose was to ensure that the new homepage always represented Nike in the best way possible across all digital devices and resolutions. I also wanted to provide other designers with reliable design guidelines, including examples, component usage, and best practices.
After a few months, I delivered a robust design that expanded Nike's design system and the first drafts that we received from Nike Global, solid guidelines on different formats and incredibly polished Sketch templates used by designers until today.
