Splice is a cloud-based music creation and collaboration platform founded by Matt Aimonetti and Steve Martocci, which includes a sample library, and audio plug-ins on a subscription basis, and integrates with several digital audio workstations (DAWs).
Splice was looking to increase its footprint in Germany and approached us to build a campaign concept to promote its products.
As an expansion experiment, I built a concept alongside my Mimosa Agency colleagues, to promote the notion of Splice as an enabler of creativity, local scene goodwill, and a source of leverage for musicians to express themselves.
"To test the concept, we used Berlin as a pilot project, where we uncovered the sounds of the city, celebrated artists that stand out locally and internationally using Berlin as inspiration and home base and gave them a space to share their knowledge with the world."
