Getting a mortgage has never been easier

Trioteca is a digital startup that helps individuals secure the best mortgage with real feasibility. It is the first End2End digital mortgage platform in Spain, offering a free service to help customers find the best mortgage among a multitude of banks.
Their team needed various profiles to complete their design stack in order to give Trioteca a fresh new look & feel, content, and user experience.
The main task was the complete redesign of the website and the conversion funnel, as well as digitizing processes that were previously done via email or phone.
I worked in design sprints based on a briefing generated by the Product Owner.

My role

I collaborated with the internal Trioteca team for one year as a UI designer and UX consultant to develop the new website, optimize and redesign the mortgage funnel and calculator. I also contributed to the planning process of the New Study Center (a detailed dashboard for the mortgage sector) and the MVP for the client area. Additionally, I was responsible for supporting the development team with the handoff.

Problem: High bounce rate with users abandoning the funnel early. Solved by redesigning the conversion funnel and optimizing the user experience.
