Due to the lack of women representation in tech companies, “Women in Tech” your client, wants to empower them by creating a new website or app that will list job offers coming from companies sensitive to women inclusion.

JobWIT is a modern and functional online job listing platform focused on connecting women to jobs in tech by matching them to these roles based on their profiles.

I worked on the UX and UI of the project. My role included conducting research, creating user personas, defining the Visual style, designing mid-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and prototyping.

In designing the JobWIT App, I began by conducting surveys to gather insights into the experiences and needs of women in tech during their job search. From the survey responses, I defined the target audience and created an affinity map to visualize the research. With a focus on empathy and understanding, I prioritized features such as matching based on skills, qualifications, and notifications, ultimately creating a prototype that addressed the specific challenges faced by women in tech.

I created a prototype for the App. The final prototype takes the user through the process of signing up, searching for a job and viewing the job description. Check it Out Here.

Although I was unable to test my prototype, I was able to design the main screens of the App given my deadline.
