Alison approached me with a task to grow her brand from blank page. Having completed her studies as Nutritional Therapist, Alison was now on the path to build her online profile and set herself up for growth in the digital world.

During my tenure working with Alison, I undertook a variety of roles focused on enhancing the brand's digital presence and customer engagement. I designed a brand-new WordPress-based website aligned with the updated brand guidelines, ensuring it was both professional and personal to Alison. I developed an elevated brand look and feel that was friendly and approachable.

Additionally, I crafted a comprehensive five-month social media strategy, including content creation from imagery to captions and other creative assets, to support the launch.

I produced an on-boarding email series to welcome new subscribers, as well as monthly newsletters to engage the existing database. My responsibilities also included designing marketing materials such as brochures, recipe books, and nutrition plans, all aimed at providing valuable content to the audience while reinforcing the brand's identity. These efforts contributed to a cohesive and appealing brand image, helping to attract and retain a loyal customer base.
