Streaming platform with 2,500+ live and on-demand yoga, meditation, fitness and breathwork classes led by world-renowned guides and teachers.
What I was tasked to do
Producing teacher-filmed videos, ensuring quality sound-video control, and providing technical support.
Managing daily operations for both live and on-demand streaming, ensuring seamless user experiences and customer support.
Lead programming efforts, including talent research, negotiation, and comprehensive support for over 20 instructors simultaneously, fostering successful collaborations from inception to execution.
Results
Produced over 200 teacher-filmed videos, accumulating a total of 400,000 streaming minutes.
Managed digital content production (social media, website and email) for two sponsored yoga and meditation challenges.
