A set of multi-tenant B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms spanning admin panels, retail and customer websites, and mobile applications.
My role
As Senior Product & Delivery Manager at Tritecs, I manage these platforms as part of a portfolio of concurrent client projects.
What I did
Lead product requirements, priorities, roadmaps, and stakeholder alignment across the platforms
Manage Scrum/Kanban and scaled Agile delivery, workflow design, staffing, budgets, and risks
Balance business value, technical feasibility, dependencies, and team capacity when making scope decisions
Coordinate backend, frontend, QC, and design work across web and mobile

The platforms are built by the Tritecs team. My contribution is product management and delivery leadership.
