The context

Tritecs's Egypt software development branch started with one backend developer and had to grow into a team able to deliver several client projects at the same time.

My role

As Senior Product & Delivery Manager at Tritecs (May 2024 to present), I built the Egypt branch and directly manage developers, QC engineers, and designers.

What I did

Grew the team from one backend developer to 20+ members across backend, frontend, QC, design, and product management
Owned performance evaluations, resource allocation, and team capacity across concurrent projects
Led product requirements, priorities, roadmaps, and stakeholder alignment, and managed Scrum/Kanban and scaled Agile delivery, staffing, budgets, and risks
Delivered the Palestine Exchange (PEX) website, multi-tenant B2B/B2C e-commerce platforms, an integrated green hydrogen project, and fleet maintenance, booking, and business-card management systems
Introduced AI tools and agent workflows across departments, including custom skills for Azure DevOps user stories, business analysis, gap identification, prompt improvement, and test case generation
Established development guidelines for Antigravity, Cursor, and Claude Code covering system structure, code review, peer review, and security checks

Team and contribution

Client projects were delivered by the Tritecs team. I led product, delivery, and people management, and introduced the AI workflows and guidelines described above.
